No. When you book our private suites at Luana Waikiki through us, there are no resort fees. The nightly rate and cleaning fee are clearly shown at booking, and that’s it—no surprise charges from us at check-in.

Yes, one parking space is included with each reservation in our suites. When you arrive, you can pull into the hotel driveway to unload, then follow our arrival instructions for where to park. Valet parking is available through the hotel for an additional fee, paid directly to them if you choose that option.

Check-in is handled at the Luana Waikiki front desk. Just bring a photo ID and let them know you’re checking into a private residence suite under your name. They’ll provide your room keys, and you’ll have all the details in our arrival guide before you get here.

Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or a late check-out, let us know—these are subject to availability and can’t be guaranteed, but we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Yes. The Luana Waikiki front desk is staffed 24/7, so late arrivals are no problem. Your arrival guide will include everything you need to check in smoothly, even if your flight gets in late.

As our guest, you have access to Luana Waikiki’s shared hotel amenities, including the heated outdoor pool and sun deck, BBQ area, fitness center, and the on-site YA!! Sushi restaurant. You’ll also enjoy the services of the front desk and welcoming hotel lobby during your stay.

Our suites are privately owned residence units within the Luana Waikiki property. You’ll check in at the front desk like a hotel guest and use the shared amenities, but your reservation, payments, and questions are managed directly through us as your hosts.

Luana Waikiki sits along Kalākaua Avenue overlooking Fort DeRussy Beach Park. It’s usually about a 10-minute walk through the park to reach the sand and ocean, depending on your pace.

We have different layouts available. Our larger suite (M400) is ideal for families or groups and sleeps up to 8 guests, while our other suite (M350) is perfect for smaller families or groups. The maximum occupancy for each suite is listed on the booking page—please reach out if you’re unsure what will work best for your group.
